Following food are helpful in avoiding CANCER.
It's difficult to say with 100 % guarantee that which fruit or vegetables will reduce the chances of cancer. But
as per different researchers certain vegetables and fruit are good for cancer avoidance.
Similarly there are certain food like red meat and processed meat, if taken in large amount increases the risk of
cancer. Therefore if you are suspect of cancer then it's better to eat vegetarian food.
The list here given is not exhaustive, but these are prominent food to avoid cancer.
Use less salt and take one clove of garlic every morning with warm water. This is also good to avoid cancer.
