8 Chicken Leg piece
1 Cup Cornflakes
1 Cup wheat flour
4 Eggs
4 Spoon Butter
Salt as per taste
1) Clean and wash the chicken pieces properly.
2) Crash the cornflakes and mix with wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
3) In other bowl take the Egg white.
4) Now roll the chicken pieces in egg white and then in the mixture of cornflakes & Wheat. Repeat it for two layers.
5) Now bake this for 20 minutes at 400 degree C. Turn chicken over and again bake for 20 more minutes.
6) Serve Crispy Chicken with Onion and Green Chatani.
