1/2 Kg Boon less Mutton
50 gm Onion
200 gm Curd
25 gm Chana
20 gm Gari (Dry coconut)
4 Ground Cardamoms
1 Spoon Ground Mace
1 Spoon Cumin Seeds
2 Spoon poppy seeds
2 inch Ginger
10 Cloves Garlic
1 Spoon Black Pepper
1 Spoon Red Chilli
1 Spoon salt (as per taste)
Oil
1) Blend Onion, Curd, Chana, Gari, Cardamoms, Mace, Cumin & Poppy seeds, Ginger, Garlic, black pepper, Red Chilli & salt and make a paste.
2) With the help of a food processor, crumble mutton into a paste.

Mix this properly with masala paste made above

Apply the paste on a metal rod and then some oil. Cook on a grill chamber or wood fire. Cook it for 10-15 minutes.
5) Serve Seekh Kabab with chatni & onion.
