Literal meaning:
I went in search of the Bad Guy, but couldn't find any.

Explanation: The theme in this Doha is about observing ones own mind. If you go around in search of a evil and you have lot of bad thoughts in your mind, you will find some. But if your thoughts are pure, then it is impossible to find any bad person.
